Microlens arrays are utilized in a variety of modern optics applications, such as displays, homogenizers, and sensors. For small batch series or in R&D Projects, where flexibilty is critical and expensive molds boost up the projects budgets, Direct machining of Microlens arrays is a far better alternative to injection molding methods that are generally used in mass production. BLF assures the high optical quality, fast delivery times and cost competitiveness with an in-house developed Direct machining method.
